In the painting, on the lower right,  shows Congress sitting on as anchor as Don Quixote and other persons try to destroy birth place of  carbon emissions.

Michael believes that if voters who are dependent on those industries discover that carbon emissions will destroy those industries, if left uncheck,  they will help create a Ocean Change Carbon Emissions Narrative that will help increase the number of persons in Congress who’ll vote to halt the deadly emissions.

Michael included Don Quixote in the painting because the errant knight  brings new communities of voters to the stop carbon emissions message.
