“Liberty Loves All the Children of the World”
Michael Killen released the new painting “Liberty Loves all the Little Children” (6X5 feet) as part of his effort to paint important developments and issues of our time. It is his second human rights painting.

Michael Killen, the California Artist, shares what motivated him to make the painting “Liberty Loves All of the Children of the World” (6×5 feet). The song “Jesus Loves the Little Children” and the actions of people and organizations that “sing” that song inspired him to make the painting. The painting is another step in Michael’s efforts to bring attention to important issues and developments.
While making “Liberty Loves … World,” Michael met a young man Chris Oakley head of Mighty Movers http://www.tulsamovingcompany.org who was moving an executive from Tulsa to San Francisco who impressed him. When Michael discovered Chris also had artists skills and he asked Chris to improve parts of the painting. (Chris 918-810-9787)

Steve H. Schneider (Late) Stanford with Michael Killen’s Art at His Back
Steve Schneider last appearance on TV was at an event in Palo Alto where Michael introduce two paintings:”Population Explosion” and “Climate Change for the Rest of Us.” Steve was preparing audience for Michael’s remarks.

MediaCenter Palo Alto Getting Ready for TV Program On Michael Killen’s “Sustainability”
Shortly several persons would appear on the TV set to tape an energy sustainability issue show. Michael has granted TV producers the right to use his painting as background. Because of the size of the painting and its colors, it has often taken an hour to balance the lighting.

Cole Wilbur is the former president of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, a position he held from 1976 to 1999. Prior to joining the Foundation, he was the executive director and CEO of the Sierra Club Foundation.
