Don Quixote Joins California in Battle with Sea Level Rise -painting

John Laird, Secretary Resources California gave speech about the state’s  water challenges in  front of an early version the painting  that was inspired by the threat of sea level rise to the state’s water system. Laird did not mention that sea level rise is greatest threat to the state’s water system.
